FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, deliver first-rate service, and drive store performance across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

You will open/close the store, manage cash, monitor inventory, and support asset protection while developing a frontline team and delivering strong results. Competitive pay with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading store teams and coaching employees.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store and handle cash procedures.
• Monitor transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation.
