The role combines an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and a bonus tied to store performance. It requires leadership, cash handling, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers, ensure asset protection procedures.
• Manage asset protection through inventory control and loans.
