You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability across a wide range of merchandise. This role offers competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leadership, supervisory, or management roles preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open/close the store, including cash handling.
