FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a team across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving profitability. You will be responsible for staffing, training, and maintaining merchandising standards, as well as handling cash, opening/closing duties, and ensuring asset protection.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
