O'Reilly Auto Parts in Edinburg, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team during the manager’s absence and during opposing shifts, ensuring exceptional service and efficient daily execution.

• Required: Sales Specialist Training.
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification.
• Required: RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification.
• Desired: ASE Certification.
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom, ensuring team execution of service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals and coaching team members.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Ensure telephone coverage follows company policy and calls are answered promptly.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Communicate Zipline messages and ensure merchandising tasks are completed as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures including money handling and deposits.
