O'Reilly Auto Parts in Georgetown, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role leads the team in servicing customers and running daily store processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and team execution.
• Support staffing during peak hours and manage scheduling.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage outside orders and special orders efficiently and per procedure.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security checks.
• Maintain store facility, signage, and service equipment.
