Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales specialist training and assistant manager certification are required.
• RSS certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and programs.
• Assist store manager with staffing, coaching, and goal setting.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure POS processes, returns, and transfers are handled efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure store security.
