This role will lead the team in servicing customers and will step in to manage during the Store Manager’s absence or when shifts oppose each other.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure staff execute sales programs.
• Coordinate staffing for peak hours and ensure coverage across shifts.
• Assist in goal setting, coaching, and training for team members.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure phone coverage is consistent with policy.
• Process buy online/ship-to-store, hub, and store-to-store transfers in a timely manner.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and merchandising processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced prior to leaving the store.
