O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role will lead the team in serving customers, manage staffing during peak periods, and participate in hiring and training.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include supervising service levels, processing orders and returns, ensuring product invoicing, and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is highly desired.
• Candidate should have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure staffing for the sales counter during peak hours and assist with coaching and training.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of online orders, transfers, and shipments to customers.
• Manage returns, refunds, invoicing, and adherence to policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure cash handling, and maintain store security.
