Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and program execution.
• Coordinate staffing across peak hours and ensure coverage.
• Assist in setting goals, provide feedback, and mentor team members.
• Participate in recruiting tasks and interviews to hire qualified staff.
• Ensure phone coverage and adherence to company policy.
• Process ship-to-store and transfers timely and communicate arrivals to customers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with proper methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage day-end procedures.
