Job summary

POP MART is seeking a skilled Retail Assistant Store Manager in San Diego, CA. You will lead a high‑performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and operational excellence.

You’ll coach staff, manage daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising while upholding POP MART’s premium brand standards and events. Minimum 2+ years in retail leadership required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads; drive sales KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV).
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
• Manage scheduling, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and back‑of‑house organization.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable and support all brand initiatives.
