Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager in California. You will lead a high-volume store, drive sales, coach a team, and ensure a premium customer experience aligned with POP MART’s brand. Manage operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximize store performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and events, recruit and develop leaders, and own daily store excellence while ensuring compliance with policies and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage operations end-to-end.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand storytelling.
• Drive visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.
