POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States (California). This role oversees store opening/closing, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and leads a team of Brand Associates.

You will maintain store standards, support marketing events, and collaborate with RoboShop operations as needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of store leadership in retail, high ethics, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise.
• Strong customer service orientation and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates, set expectations, goals, and develop talent.
• Act as the manager on duty to deliver results and ensure a positive customer and employee experience.
