Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories, characters, and exclusives.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive environment for customers and team members alike.
• Help achieve store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversions, UPT, and ATV.
• Promote product categories, limited-edition releases, and exclusive collections.
