Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our San Diego, CA location. You will lead from the sales floor, coach a growing team, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Manage daily operations, inventory, and merchandising while delivering POP MART’s premium brand experience.

You will develop team members, foster a customer-first culture, and coordinate with leadership on campaigns, events, and store performance. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by modeling engagement on the sales floor.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, supporting events, product launches, and store openings.
