POP MART is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager in San Diego, CA to lead a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage operations, and uphold POP MART brand standards on a daily basis.

You will oversee coaching, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while delivering memorable experiences for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Foster an inclusive, customer-first culture that reflects POP MART's values.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and operational compliance.
• Analyze business results and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Implement action plans to improve store performance and engagement.
• Promote new product launches, limited-edition releases, and seasonal campaigns.
