Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Sacramento, CA. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence while delivering POP MART’s premium customer experience on the shop floor.

You will coach staff, oversee inventory, and support events and product launches. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by leading from the sales floor and setting engagement standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs like conversions, UPT, ATV, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, install planograms, and seasonal displays.
• Act as Brand ambassador, promote POP MART products, artists, and events, and drive community engagement.
