Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates and support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding client experiences. You will drive sales through in-store and Omni-channel initiatives, while ensuring brand standards and effective people management.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, managing operations, inventory control, and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies. A background in retail with leadership potential is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3+ years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team and meet objectives.
• Strong communication and scheduling availability.
• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• Recruiting and developing talent; coach and counsel team members as needed.
• Ensure execution of store processes including Omni-channel fulfillment and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention procedures and protect company assets.
