Job summary

Cosmo Prof Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, develop talent, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on driving KPIs and brand standards while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity and a willingness to work across store functions, including scheduling and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Supervises associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize KPIs, maintaining brand standards across store operations.
• People: Trains and develops teams, recruits when needed, coaches and communicates with staff.
• Operations: Ensures execution of company processes and supports omni-channel fulfillment.
• Inventory/payroll: Manages inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling to align with business needs.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains safe store environment, protects assets, and follows security procedures.
