Job summary

You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute Omni-channel strategies, manage inventory and payroll, and maintain a safe, engaging store environment committed to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Recruit and train to build a strong candidate network.
• Ensure execution of company processes and Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manage store inventory, payroll hours, and opening/closing procedures.
