Job summary

Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in hiring, developing and leading store associates while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role oversees operations, ensures brand standards and drives KPIs through effective planning, communication and accountability.

You will help manage inventory, schedules, payroll hours and safety compliance, while fostering diversity and teamwork. Prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.
