Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to hire, develop and lead store associates, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and compliant store operations. You will drive KPIs and financial targets through analysis, planning and effective communication.

The role includes supporting the Store Manager and stepping in when needed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail and at least 1 year in a management position; cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive KPIs and financial targets through business analysis and action planning.
• Lead omni-channel operations and in-store merchandising adherence.
• Manage scheduling, payroll hours and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection practices are followed.
