Job summary

Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, uphold brand standards, and support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales KPIs through effective people, brand, and operations leadership.

The position requires strong communication, team development, and scheduling availability, with a focus on safety and loss prevention. Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervision and planning to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive loyalty while meeting brand standards.
• People: train and develop teams; recruit and address performance; maintain positive associate relations.
• Operations: ensure execution of processes and digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Inventory/Payroll: manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe environment and protect company assets.
