CosmoProf Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise store associates, drive brand standards, and support the Store Manager in daily operations. The role emphasizes hiring, training, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences across in-store and omni-channel channels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail with leadership exposure, strong communication, and scheduling availability. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required, and the position is on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and supports the direction planning of associates daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales/KPIs.
• People: recruit, train, and develop teams; maintain positive associate relations; communicate relevant information.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes and support digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Inventory/payroll: manage inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling; ensure correct store opening/closing procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain a safe environment and protect assets; follow loss prevention procedures.
