Cosmoprof is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will hire, train and coach associates while ensuring top customer experiences and brand standards across all store operations.

You will develop strategies to meet key performance indicators and financial targets through analysis, planning and effective communication. A 1+ year of management experience and 3+ years in retail are preferred, with Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or recommended.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations and develop strategies to achieve KPIs and financial targets.
• Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support brand standards, merchandising, and omni-channel initiatives.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, scheduling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed and assets protected.
