Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and guide associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and meet sales KPIs while maintaining brand standards.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach, and ensure policy adherence.
• 30% Operations: execute company processes, support digital strategies, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store opening/closing procedures, payroll scheduling, and inventory/shipping management.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment, protect assets, monitor shrink and hazards.
