Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized and well-displayed.

The role emphasizes training Store Associates and maintaining a safe, efficient environment. As a part-time position, you will perform opening/closing tasks, follow corporate directives, and help manage inventory, payroll, and scheduling while upholding company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and be physically capable of frequent movement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer-focused service.
