Qualifications

• Two to four years of retail store management experience.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and team development.
• Participate in training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store administration.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, and plan labor schedules.
• Maintain store security and respond to customer and team needs.
• Support execution of store strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
