Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our UGG store in New York. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold the brand’s values in a fast-paced retail setting.

In this role, you’ll help drive sales, manage daily operations, merchandise, staff training, and scheduling while ensuring store security and exceptional guest experiences. Strong multitasking and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in developing and communicating store strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, training, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, and ensure a safe store environment.
