Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to partner with the Store Manager in developing team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and communicating the brand values and mission. You will help navigate a complex business to satisfy customers while managing competing priorities and supporting store goals.

The role includes training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store administration, plus opening/closing

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in day-to-day store operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
• Open and close the store, secure all assets, plan and prepare the labor schedule, maintain the store security system, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
