Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead team development, ensure brand standards, and manage day-to-day operations to meet revenue goals.

You will open/close the store, plan labor, supervise training, and coordinate inventory, merchandising, and customer service to drive store performance. A dynamic, customer-focused leader thrives here.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and motivate your team.
• Deliver the best customer service and uphold brand values and training.
• Open and close the store, manage labor schedules, and maintain store security.
• Oversee training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store administration.
• Address customer needs and respond to team members promptly.
