You will partner with the Store Manager on recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching; manage inventory, cash and labor; and implement merchandising and brand standards to drive sales and market awareness.

Qualifications

• Two to five years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training of store team.
• Uphold high training standards and ensure team is current in product knowledge and operational programs.
• Promote and elevate exceptional customer service and brand standards.
• Manage store inventory, cash handling, and labor.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and communicating sales goals to the team.
• Implement visual merchandising directions and maintain store standards.
• Coach and develop team members and participate in performance evaluations.
