Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

You will lead training, operations, and merchandising, open/close duties, and labor planning while staying aligned with brand values and market needs. The role emphasizes team development and profitable store leadership.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in day-to-day operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan and prepare labor schedule, maintain security system, and act as Store Manager in absence.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals.
