Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Chicago to partner with the Store Manager, develop team members, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand values.

You will oversee training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service, plus opening and closing the store and planning labor schedules to meet budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Flexibility to travel to meet the needs of the business.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop team members and deliver service excellence.
• Oversee training, store operations, visual merchandising, inventory and administration.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, security, and labor scheduling.
• Ensure store meets budgeted revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Communicate brand values to customers and team.
