Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and reinforce the brand’s values in every interaction.

You will oversee training, operations, scheduling, inventory management, and store administration, including opening/closing duties and securing assets. Flexibility to travel and the ability to adapt to evolving business priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals.
• Assist in all aspects of the business and ensure alignment with company interests, employees, and local community.
• Airtight training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service responsibilities.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan and prepare labor schedules, maintain security systems, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
