Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, store appearance and operations. The role includes managing the store during the Manager’s absence and leading staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualified candidates should have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the sales counter is staffed during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Manage store opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits per policy.
