Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, appearance and operations. This role will lead the team in servicing customers and will manage the store during the manager's absence.

You will help hire, train, coach, schedule and monitor performance, ensuring policy compliance and efficient daily tasks. Spanish language ability is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and certifications required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and execute service programs.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Perform day-to-day store opening/closing and end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and secure handling of money and deposits.
