Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom, executing programs like Related sales and Rock the Call.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours including lunch, late afternoons, evenings, weekends.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy and all orders are processed promptly.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store and transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure deposits, and monitor store security.
• Maintain the store building, signage, lighting, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
