O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager's absence and/or opposing shifts.

The Assistant Manager will lead the team in servicing customers, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and experience in sales programs highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages desirable (Spanish highly).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and related sales programs.
• Assist the store manager in scheduling, coaching, and training of team members.
• Ensure calls are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
