Qualifications

• Experience with store operations and foodservice a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service to maintain high standards.
• Coach and develop store team, including onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and cash handling.
• Analyze store performance and assist with short- and long-term strategies.
• Oversee vendor interactions and daily operational tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
