Royal Farms is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in high-volume retail, convenience store, and restaurant operations in Maryland. The role focuses on leading shifts, coaching staff, and delivering our renowned food service experience daily.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of management experience in fast food or retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to supervise and motivate teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Plan and execute short-term initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
• Develop and coach associates to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Monitor store performance and assist in implementing strategic improvements.
