Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching performance, handling customer escalations, and ensuring policy compliance. Requires 1+ year of management experience in fast food or retail; ANSI Food Safety Manager certification

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; leadership experience in fast-paced retail/food service preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of coaching and developing teams.
• Able to analyze store performance, manage priorities, and execute company programs.
