You will supervise daily operations, ensure policy compliance, develop staff, and drive store performance with a focus on fairness, safety, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership ability to supervise teams and drive results.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and analyze operations.
• ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
