Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in fast food or retail.
• Proven leadership skills to supervise and motivate teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to delegate tasks.
• Basic business math, accounting, and computer skills.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store employees and assist Store Manager with daily operations.
• Lead customer service excellence and community engagement.
• Plan and execute short-term initiatives to boost sales and satisfaction.
