Royal Farms is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run our high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations in Havre de Grace, MD. You will support the Store Manager, lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold standards to deliver the famous food service experience.

In this role you will monitor daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications
