Job summary

Deckers Brands' HOKA store in Castle Rock, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, convert ion, NPS, and customer capture. You will partner with the Store Manager to champion the HOKA brand values, coach a team, and embody a welcoming, energetic store presence.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, inventory, cash controls, and labor scheduling, while ensuring assets are secure and policies followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills to convey Deckers Brand vision to team and customers.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people and resources.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Set targets and motivate the team to achieve goals per shift.
• Ensure operational excellence and prioritize programs that enhance the customer journey.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations: training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, assets, labor scheduling, security, inventory and cash controls; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training team members to promote brand awareness and exceptional service.
• Maintain an optimistic, energetic attitude and welcome customers into the HOKA community.
