Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive business results and uphold brand values. You will lead a team, model exceptional service, and ensure cohesive operations across daily store activities.

You will set targets, train staff, and oversee opening/closing, inventory, and security while delivering an outstanding customer journey and representing the Deckers family with enthusiasm and energy.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the brand vision to team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve key store KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training team members to ensure engaged and high-performing teams.
• Open and close the store, manage labor schedule and store security.
• Oversee inventory and cash controls and serve as Manager on Duty in the Manager's absence.
• Support in-store events and local outreach to grow Brand awareness and education.
