Deckers Brands' HOKA brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Commerce, CA area. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, improve customer experience, and lead a high‑performing team across daily operations.

The role emphasizes training, visual merchandising, scheduling, inventory control, and exceptional service to build brand awareness and loyalty within the local community.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store goals for sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Set targets and motivate team to achieve goals per shift.
• Ensure operational excellence across the store and prioritize customer journey programs.
• Handle day-to-day operations: training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, security, labor scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and manager-on-duty.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members.
• Maintain optimistic attitude and invite customers into HOKA community with exceptional service.
