Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA store in Colorado seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive brand education, and manage operations, inventory, and KPIs to meet business goals.

You will champion the Brand through local events and engagement, while maintaining visual standards and coaching your team to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the store.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach to meet the short and long-term needs of the business.
• Lead team to drive Brand awareness and education while providing excellent service.
• Maintain high training standards that enable your team to deliver elevated shopping experiences.
• Drive store operations including inventory, cash, and labor management.
• Execute visual merchandising directives to promote the Brand image and ensure back-of-house organization.
• Drive sales and KPIs while focusing on strategic priorities.
• Cultivate community through events, local outreach, and engagement with the market.
