Qualifications

• Prior management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Models the core values of the organization to create teamwork and engagement.
• Monitors the competitive environment and informs leadership of adjustments to maintain ALDI's position.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel and provides feedback to leadership.
• Ensures inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
